Pathetic after-sales service. Their staff is not trained. Service personnel do their work in a hurry. It is of no use to have a warranty period. I called them within the warranty period, but they still said that my warranty was going to lapse in the next two days, so they could not help me. I have to call them at least 7 to 8 days in advance. Their chemicals and paste are not useful; they are just a waste of money.
