I have been using 24 Seven Pest Control services for a while now, and based on my personal experience and other reviews I've read, I am convinced that they specialise in harassing their customers. I have an annual AMC with them, and I am beyond fed up with the incessant calls from their executives asking about service times. Despite confirming the service time multiple times daily, they never show up as scheduled. It's absolutely ridiculous to receive so many calls daily only for them to never turn up. It's been over a month, and they keep rescheduling the service. The so-called "eco-friendly" chemical they use leaves a nauseating smell, which is tolerable given it's an insecticide, but after a full home pest control service, we have to vacate the house for hours due to the stench. Coordinating this is a major hassle for my family, yet they consistently fail to show up as scheduled, which is infuriating. Furthermore, the daily barrage of calls is incredibly annoying. Even after confirming the timing with one person, they continue to call for confirmation. What's the point of this harassment when they never show up as scheduled? I strongly urge everyone to avoid 24 Seven Pest Control at all costs. There are plenty of other professional services that are far more customer-friendly.

Friends this is worst pest control company. They are cheaters will take money from you and never give you follow up service. I have booked bedbug treatment they promised to use herbal product and we'll skilled technicians. But when technician come he used low quality full of smell product and after treatment next day I saw many bedbugs. When I complaint them they first told my.mobile number is not registered and deny to accept their fault. When I show bill then they agree to send another technician on next day. Which never come till this is more than 15 days. These guys are fake and cheaters. donot use their services. I am seeking help from consumer forum. My bill number is 1816.

Worst experience. Do not hire them. They never show up on the scheduled time. They never accept their mistakes. From receptionist to technician no one cares. Do not HIRE THEM go for someone else.

Very poor service. Not at all effective pest control. Their chemicals couldn't control the mosquitoes even for a day and moreover after communicating the problem, they behave like they can't help it and ultimately don't pick the calls. The operators consider themselves as the owner of the company and do work according to their convenience. Highly unprofessional services. Really regretting for chosing them.

Booked a lizard control service, the guys stalled us for 2 hours saying we'll arrive in 5 minutes. On calling, they didn't give a proper reply. Worst management, no professionalism at all. Would recommend living with the lizards instead of contacting them and getting your bp high!

we asked for the teatment to be done in the first half of the day i.e. 9am-12pm as we had to leave at 3pm. when they didnt show up till 11, we called them and was told they will reach our place till 12. after that we kept calling them and they kept delaying saying they are reaching in 5 mins everytime we called. when we called to cancel at 2pm, their executive was so unprofessional he didnt apologized didnt say anything just told as you wish and cut the call. ill say its waste of your time and energy, try to go book some other professional agency to get the pest control done
