Transworld Vehicle Trans.port Service Pvt.Ltd Pune

I ordered my bike for delivery in Pune, expecting it to arrive within 4 days as promised. However, it finally arrived after 2 weeks, and to make matters worse, it was delivered in damaged condition. I've contacted the Transworld Pune office, but they are not taking any ownership of the situation. Additionally, their employees seemed to expect a 'bakshish' for delivering the bike, which is unacceptable. How can I pay a tip when they are delivering the bike in such poor condition? I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability. If they aren't responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of vehicles, then what is the point of using their service? This experience has left me frustrated and worried about how to resolve this situation.
