I would have given 0 stars if I had the option. We rented 3 scooters from them, We were charged 600 per scooter. And none were in good condition. One had a mileage issue, another wouldn't start properly, and the third was terrible—the pipe connecting to the silencer wasn't welded properly, and they gave no information about it. After riding for some distance, the silencer broke off from the scooter. And we were charged extra amount for it. Please prefer another shop if possible, or at least check the scooter thoroughly before use, especially the welded parts. If they aren't good, you will be charged more and blamed for breaking it.

I got Suzuki Access and the condition was really subpar. It was not maintained and not at all worth it. So check the condition first and then pay. He charged me Rs. 500/- for a day and I realized after riding that my money got wasted.

I would give zero star if I could have. I enquired this service in just dial and got the call from this company. After so much of discussion we agreed on rate per km. They did not author this rate after the service and charged extra toll which was actually paid by the fast tag device. The driver also goes to long route unnecessarily to add reading to the meters. The person on the other side was very rude not sure who was on the call but really poor customer experience.

Nice service, even if you book over phone. Mr. Rishi never met, but arranged a good vehicle and driver just on my request over phone.

The owner is one drunk man and instead of apologising for his driver not picking our call in the morning for a safari we had booked us sayings it your duty to wake him up by finding the car and waking him up. The innova’s also was completely in the last leg of its life. I recommend finding another agency.

I booked a taxi from Bambam Travels. After dropping they asked 5000 rs extra. Very rude service. I'll not recommend this. Owner is too rudely. car was also not in good condition. Smell was coming from the car. From next time I'll not use. All reviews are biased.
