I used services of Sharma travels for my family with kids BandhavGarh trip from Jabalpur. I found them very good to be honest. Not only did they provide me with good cars and drivers during this trip but also gave the least quotation among the agents I approached. The cars smelled fresh which is great traveling with kids prone to nausea on this curvy route. Drivers were very accomodating to the customers needs and is appreciated. My perception of Sharma travels from this experience is that is a very proffesional and customer centric company.

We booked 2 day trip with this provider to visit Jabalpur Bandhavgarh Khajuraho. First off, the person I spoke to regarding quote and itinerary was very courteous. Having read good reviews online, we felt quite comfortable with this decision. We had informed the driver 1 day prior to pick us up at 9 30am from hotel for Jabalpur site seeing which includes just 4 points. He delayed by 45 mins to arrive and didn't even apologize for it or give a valid reason. Apparently vehicle had gone for wash that morning. He tried to "help" us by striking a deal of Rs. 2000 with private boating ride at Bhedaghat. Since we were aware of the charges we simply used a sharing boat ride for an hour at 150rs. Per head. The most harrowing experience was when he took a wrong route to Bandhavgarh from Jabalpur and we told him when we realized. He insisted that he knows this route so well, but our map and common sense told otherwise and we told him to pull aside and check the map. We were going in totally different direction and unnecessarily got delayed by more than 1.5 hour to reach forest area. His vehicle also kept giving clutch issues which he repaired multiple times enroute. This particular driver doesn't know the route well. And he is not couteous to accept his mistakes and apologize.  I was constantly apprehensive about his driving and clutch. Due to God's grace we reached our destination without issues. Summary - maybe other drivers are good, but overall I wouldn't recommend.
