Such a worst transport. Never ever try their vehicle. The owner agreed to transport tiles on 26th March 2025 at 9:30 AM. I called him at 8:30 AM and he said to send the vehicle on time. Then the vehicle didn’t reach at 9:30, then he said it will reach by 11 AM, then again he said driver is on the way from patia so it will reach by 1 PM, then after that I am keep trying him and his driver number and no one is picking my call. They are such a cheater , worst transportation I have ever dealt with. My work has been delayed because of him. I need to look for other transport now. Look at the screenshots how many times I have tried to reach them.
The service of the firm is very good and the proprietor Mr Prasant is a very nice and humble person, fast service and upto date promise. I never had such kind of service before God bless you and wishing you grow and keep servicing better in future.
