Worst First Experience of My Driving Test at Bhavnagar RTO. Today was my first day for appearing for driving test of 2 wheeler and I was standing whole day for from afternoon to evening and finally at last when my turn and many other applicants turns they said that the camera for monitoring your driving is not functioning suddenly and gave us our forms back and told everyone to come within the next day or two , also not without calling rto office first and they don't even give number for god's sake just in case they don't answer our call. Zero Professionalism conducting tests.its not like Like tests are conducted in a single day or single month but everyday so why are they not taking precautions and prevention of sudden camera failure. Everyone noticed the camera was just placed very loose and they kept adjusting throughout the day wasting every applicants precious time who might have come far from home.

Poor service, first they collected forms and after one hour of waiting in queue they informed there is no electricity. This is not acceptable because many persons travel to issue licence from rural areas to Bhavnagar and many put their leaves for driving licence test.
