20th march2025 morning they supposed to pack n move material from kosikalan to Orissa ,Dhenkanal. they couldn't arrange the same neither on20th not on 21 th march.i had to for other service provider who done things at one go on 23rd March morning. Now indian transport services not doing my advance 10k refund after their failed service resulting my cancellation. Nobody since then taking my call . Is this the way this company providing service customer and standing in the competitive market. What rating you give considering my case which forcing me to file legal action against this company

This was a Horrible experience with this Transport service. This was our first and last deal with them. Their service is too poor within Odisha. In comparison to price their service is very bad. Taking so many days to loading and delivering within Odisha. Customer support also very bad, once will pass the ball to another department... If you want to waste your money then you are always welcome to such Transport...

Think Thrice before dealing with this Transport. I rarely write bad about any one, I understand all business nature we tried our best to co-operate with all if they didn't work we come to post review so that other people won't get in to trap. This review might be longer but try to spend time to read this it can save your money and business reputation. In 18/May We booked a parcel to Sundargarh, while booking their staff told it will be door delivery I gave proper physical address in GST bill Still they confirmed they will do the door delivery, they gave the LR copy Door delivery was also mentioned, they charged twice amount than other Logistic, like we were using Great India Roadways they were charging Rs 2.5 + gst per kg but in SITA they were charging Rs 4+ taxes that also fine but they took 4-5 days for loading the material from Cuttack that also after calling and messaging several times.When you will ask simple question the staffs will get angry and voice tone changed to harsh bur while booking Order they are so Gentle and Treat you like Customer is King. In Gist they took 9 Days to move the products from Cuttack to Sundargarh 10 days. Instead of Door delivery they called the party and told we can't do the door delivery come and collect your products from Sundargarh else they will return it back to CTC, is that a manner to talk with some one... you should be ashamed of the, when the customer get panic because everyone will panic usually it will take 2-3 days max to reach Sundargarh but they took 10 days why not a customer will get panic he has the right to get angry still my customer was so polite but the Moron staffs insulted and after he requested them that he will pay extra for door delivery they didn't do it and behaved very badly with us today. I will not stop here I have all telephonic conversation and chat history and Builty copy I will file a Consumer case, because the loss the customer face due to delay and other harassment who will repay it? So this was our second and last dealing with this poor, pathetic, Transport service.... First try to learn how to behave with customer then come to do Business.... Today's behavior was worst it hurt me and my client so badly... Thanks. Note: FAKE 5 Star Ratings won't work, those who really worked with the Transport they know the real fact, all are not tech savy to come on Google to share their experience... So beware of it.

Most useless Logistics yet i had seen and the worst ever behaviour from the employee also the owner. If there is any option for -ve star then i ll give it. Also this is our last deal with this Logistics Don't go for this Logistics.
