Office environment is really changed. The PRO is the first window you can enquire about everything. If they don't have enough information they are willing to inform you later. They kept my number. Friendly staff and smooth environment. You have to wait when they have meetings . Plenty of place to sit . But remember this is " goverment office"

I had a great experience at the RTO Alappuzha office. The staff was very helpful and efficient in handling my requests. A special mention to Anilkumar Sir and Saji Sir for their prompt service and valuable guidance, especially in the DL backlog entry process. Also the chechi who was in front of the RTO's cabin. Their support made the procedure smooth and hassle-free. The online service for driving license renewal was also seamless and user-friendly. Highly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the RTO team. Kudos to changing the face of govt. services

It was rich look building. It containg conference hall , the room of collector , post office etc...

I had a very good experience at the R.T.O office.The R.T.O officer Ramanan Sir and the staffs are sincere,supportive, sensible and warm.They strongly believe in the principle of serving common people.Kudos to the department.

A very good experience with the RTO today, do his peak for reducing Red Tapism in this office. Got my work done in less time. Good staff also with helping mentality. People change, so do office environment. Today it was smooth and met some good humans.

Very bad organizing there staffs sections etc space is also very small in that 400sq many of come stay there without Q it's not there fault it's even difficult to make Q there .. during this time it's important to upgrade the office with at least 2000sq for PRO WORKS AND SECTION. it's important to post a may i help guy there a new guy cannot even realise wats happening there.. when talking about there work there system and website always crash .. i walked 5 times 2 days to make vehchle ownership transfer to me 1, NEED TO UPGRADE SPACE 2, MUST IMPLIMENT Q SYSTEM 3, TRY TO MAKE A SEPARATE SECTION FOR THOSE HEKKIN RTO AGENTS AND DEALERS THOSE PRO GUYS ARE HEKKING DAM WITH HUNDREDS OF APPLICATION AND WORKS
