What started as a simple ride from the train station in Hospet became the best part of our trip to Hampi. Vikram very professionally offered to guide us for two days, at a very reasonable rate, and we would have been lost without him. Throughout our stay he was timely, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend time with. He went above and beyond to give us a good experience and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

My friend and I were in Hampi for 3 1/2 days and we had Mr Raghu as our driver and guide throughout our trip. He picked us up early in the morning from Hubli airport, drove us to Hampi, waited while we rested and then drove us around the sites to see! He showed us all the key spots in Hampi and more , some that we were not even aware of. He is an extremely sweet man, very kind and helpful and has a great sense of humour. Towards the end of our trip we felt like he was a part of our holiday and travelling with us. We wanted to hike the Matanga Hill for sunset but we were not very good at hiking up so he came up with us and helped us get up and down safely. He also listened to our expectations from the trip and made sure we got to see an iconic sunset every evening from a different place. He was even taking lots of nice photos of the two of us on my phone. My friend lost her gold rings at some point when she was getting out of the car and he patiently drove us to and from all of the spots that we had been to that day so we could look for it. And celebrated with us when we found them!!!!! ☺️ Our entire experience was definitely enhanced because of his guiding and all of his help. If we were to come back to Hampi or if we knew someone coming to Hampi, we would definitely recommend Mr Raghu and if he is not available then I’m sure Vikram sir from Vikram cabs and taxis has more people under him who are equally nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Also the car was super comfortable and clean!

Travel Review – Hampi & Badami Trip We had a wonderful experience during our Hampi and Badami trip. The entire journey was well organized and comfortable. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained and perfect for long travel. A special thanks to our driver Shabir bhai — very polite, punctual and professional throughout the trip. He drove safely, guided us to the right spots, and patiently waited at every location. His support helped us cover all major sights without any rush. We recently enjoyed our second trip using this Hampi Taxi & Cab Service. Both times, the service was absolutely outstanding. The owner Vikram Dixit is local and very connected and knowledgeable about sites all over Karnataka. Even better is his service oriented work ethic which he imparts to his drivers. We had a great experience with the Hampi Taxi and Cab service. The Cab was on time, and special thanks to our driver Mr. Raghavendra G. He suggested us the places to explore, and in the sequence so that we could cover everything. He was always on time, and exactly meet us on places where he promised to be. We never had to call him to find him, he was always waiting on the spot.We enjoyed the trekking so much with him. He treated us as family.
