Ewan Taxi service is owned by Rafeek, a young entrepreneur, who's named the cab service after his young son. A quiet polite and unassuming young man, Rafeek has business blood in him. I'd booked the cab service to a wedding nearby, by making a cold call a couple of days earlier. On the day of the trip, I moved the start time an half hour ahead, and though taken by surprise, he kept to the new schedule for pickup. The cab interiors were fresh, clean and smelt pleasant. He didn't ask probing questions, which was another aspect I liked about him, and instead, just kept his focus on driving effortlessly and smoothly without drama. I enjoyed the privacy he gave to my thoughts. The next time we come visiting this town, it's going to be for a tour of the place, and will be riding on an EWAN cab !
