This was the second time I booked their service. The first time, they did a good job, which is why I hired them again. However, this time the experience was disappointing. They initially said they do not clean internal drawers then what is the point of hiring a deep cleaning service? After insisting, they cleaned only a few drawers while leaving others untouched. Last year, they took an entire day to clean the house, but this time they finished everything in just 3 hours, which clearly reflects the incomplete and rushed work done.
