Very professional deep cleaning service polite and professional real deep cleaning service

Not fully satisfied with the cleaning and finishing. The team of two young boys sent for the job were not diligent and professional enough. Left the stains on kitchen floor and wash basin uncleaned. The clean up was for an empty house before me moving in, so no furniture etc and yet the basics like switch boards, certain areas of walls, grills, lofts and open shelves were not cleaned. I was not personally present while cleaning so when they called me on finishing the work, I had to point it all out and get all carpentery+civil works dust cleaned but since they were in a hurry of leaving they just reluctantly did a shabby job and left. Only thing I liked was they cleaned the kitchen counter, drawers and washroom very well. Can't comment on cleaning of tiles etc, as everything was newly made and installed, so it already didn't have any kitchen grime or stickiness. There was no follow up by the employer for feedback etc. Has been more than 15 days and haven't received the work receipt yet even after several requests.

Excellent work done by team of Manish, Akshay, Nirav and Amol. Good management by Jeevan. He ensured all details were passed on to the working team. They did not cut corners and did a diligent job with attention to all things. Recommended.

Their head guy named dev is thief and household damager. He will do half of committed work n will ask double.He gave time of 9 am and came at evening 5 pm. We finalised deal with wall wash in last he refused for it and when i said if u not doing i ll deduct money he started shouting in society and making scene. He broke my window glass also that i saw when he left bcz cleaning time i was busy on my laptop so he misused it. From my beg i had 500 note bundle it was in beg i asked to not close door they did it 5 tomes. Whn they left i checked 10 notes were less . I gave him 2000 rupee note to eat something while working. His man went n bring samosas and gave money to main guy named dev. He kept that money too. Said its tip n ran away with that. Cleaning was for 3000 he totally theft 7500 n started making scenes with watchman. He is thief plz keep your belongings same and he will do half of commitment. And very misbehaved guy plus will ask your house cleaning items only. Plz never call him for service. I have to book another again when he left. These guys are thief.

Everything went well from start to finish regarding cleaning as scheduled BUT time keeping is very important to be punctual which was not there. 10 am was given but the team came at 10:40 am. As I am a person of punctuality I expect the people to follow the timings. TIME IS MONEY
