The team came with 4 people – 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Most of the effort was put in by the adults, while the teenagers didn’t contribute much.When it comes to the quality of work, I was honestly disappointed. The bathroom cleaning was very poor – stains were left on the toilet seat, tiles weren’t cleaned properly, and I eventually had to clean the whole toilet myself. I realized my mistake of not checking thoroughly before they left, because when I called them later, they never came back to fix it. For the rest of the work too, it felt like they were cleaning just for the sake of completion. We had to redo several things on our own afterwards:Kitchen basin wasn’t cleaned properlyThe floor was machine-cleaned, but it still felt rough, and we had to wipe it again multiple times AC unit was cleaned, but wiping stains were left behind The fridge cleaning was also incomplete Their behavior was polite and decent, no complaints there. But the overall quality wasn’t worth the 3000 charged. I genuinely felt I should have spent 500 more and gone with providers like Klynzo or Urban Company for a proper job.It’s not that they didn’t clean at all, but it was half-hearted and unsatisfactory – a lot of kaam chor attitude. Unless you constantly supervise and instruct step by step, they won’t deliver well, which drains a lot of energy.For a move-in flat, I would not recommend them. However, if your house is already clean and you just need a basic touch-up, then maybe they can be considered.
