I had a very bad experience. I hired two maids from them. Not trained but come with a lot of attitude. Paid the advance amount last week for both the maids and from the end of last week they started acting up and saying they are not well and cannot do the work. Today both of them are leaving together without any notice or waiting till the replacement. The agency seems to have no control. Now the agency is saying wait for 2-3 days for us to replace and that there is no refund. Probably they will just send me 3 replacement and say after that we do not guarantee. Please do not hire until you have verified the capability of the people they are sending. Extremely disappointing. February 13, 2025 Today I have got threatened by (Sneha) from The organisation to remove the review. They have withheld my advance and not paid the maids who left and the maids are coming home and crying for money. This is the worst agency I have come across and not at all professional. I will be taking legal action against them. Request everyone to be extremely careful about this team.

Taking service from 2020. In the beginning i was in dilema to take maid through an agency since it was my first experience...To be very Frank they broke the stereo type on agency made us much comfortable got the efficient and professional maid, So far everything is fine getting proper and professional service from SMP. I have even recommended to few of family and friends they are also getting the services from them Thank you keep up the same work.

Service is bad. Edit: since you need a reason, your customer care never picked my call and when they did and I gave them my requirement they promised to call back but never did when I needed your service the most. You guys can't do your job and that's the REASON YOU DESERVE ONE STAR.
