While cleaning the living room terrace, they spilled acid on Italian marble in the living area, permanently damaging it. To make matters worse, their attempt to "fix" the damage involved using Harpic, which caused even more irreversible harm. Midway through the job, their cleaning machine broke down, and instead of resolving the issue, they walked out and left the work incomplete. This company is careless, irresponsible, and destructive. If you value your floors, furniture, kitchen equipment, or bathrooms, stay far away. If you want them damaged, then this is the company for you.

Hi All, We used for first time Om Sai Facility for complete deep cleaning of individual Duplex house. Amol and their team has done wonderful job without any hassles for us. 1. Good cleaning and timely completion. 2. Each and every items opened, cleaned and kept back in place. 3. Used dry and duster for all walls without effecting the paint and all marks were cleaned. 4. Each and every corner of room , Bathrooms were cleaned above our expectations. 5. Outside Gate and Walls they used machine to remove all dirt and green patches with water. Pathetic service. It's better you spend your time cleaning using your normal home tools. They will cheat you and say they are late today they will come back and do the cleaning again next day. They will not receive your calls after that. Don't ever pay in full unless you see it with your own eyes and are satisfied with their work.
