Poor and disappointing service! After failing to provide a maid as was contracted, I haven't yet received the promised refund even after 2 months. I've been constantly calling and messaging but to no avail. Would not recommend to anyone!!! Edit to the Reply: The response given by the owner here is a blatant lie. I have the call logs as well all the WhatsApp chats detailing my attempts in getting in touch with them. They either do not pick up at all or keep giving excuses about some of the other issue going on. What's there to process so much? If you have not provided with the service as contracted, send the refund immediately... It does not take more than 3 months for this "process". They are a sham!

Fraud operation going on here. They provide a maid for just one month and then they vanish. They do not provide a replacement and then refuse to refund the deposit which was promised before signing the contract. Stay away!
