Indore...they will take one month payment and registration money, send maid for 2 days , maid will vanish, they don't send any maid , initially promised that if maid doesn't come they will give another maid.Dont provide any maid. Fraud. Worst service.Priti maid sent for 2 days. Took advance.Maid vanished Don't give refund. Pls give my 16000 atleast.. humble request.If you are genuine then why don't you refund amount.

Very poor service in Indore. They are just interested in registration. Once you register, they don't give any referrals and stop taking calls. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

1. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with the maid I got from here. She is regular and does all the cleaning and cooking nicely. I was tired searching on different apps but this one actually worked. Staff also respond quickly on whatsapp. ⸻ 2. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good service overall. The maid took 2-3 days to settle in but now she is doing work properly. The agency helped me with replacement when the first one left suddenly. A bit of delay in replacement but still better than other places I tried. ⸻ 3. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I got a part time maid for morning cleaning and utensils. She comes on time mostly and finish work fast. Only issue is sometimes she takes leave without notice. But agency support is there so they help in that. ⸻ 4. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hired a full time japa maid for baby care. She was really experienced and handled baby so gently. Bit expensive but worth it. Thank you for sending such trained person, she became like family in one month. ⸻ 5. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was not sure at first but the maid I got is very decent and clean in work. I only needed someone for my parents and she takes care of them well. Just wish agency had payment option on app too.

I should have believed the reviews that told that the company is fraud. They stopped picking up my call after I gave them the booking amount. Stay away, and do not trust them. Absolutely a fake service!

Horrible!!! Fraudsters!!!, Don’t pay them anything. Took money in advance, and only sent one candidate who was asking way more than the market price. Complained and asked many times to send more candidates, responded with we do not have candidates around your location (for which they asked in advance, and could’ve let us know the same before we paid), did not refund us as well.

I want to start by highlighting an alarming and unprofessional comment made by Shahid, the agency representative responsible for assigning babysitters. He said to me: "You should speak to maids nicely. They are keeping your children, and they will treat your children well only if you treat them well." This felt like a subtle threat, especially considering it was said even though the babysitter had not even started working with us. It was based solely on initial discussions and my legitimate concerns — which makes the remark completely unacceptable and uncalled for. Now, here’s the full experience: I contacted this agency for a babysitter. It took them over 10 days to assign someone. The first babysitter they assigned demanded a higher salary than the agency’s own stated rates, and instead of resolving the discrepancy, the agency tried to convince me to pay the extra amount. When I refused and requested a replacement, they still pushed for the same person, claiming she would now stay till 9 PM, even though I had clearly asked for someone available only till 8 PM. When I directly checked with the babysitter, she clearly said she couldn’t stay that long — exposing that the agency was not being honest. Then came the second recommendation, and to my shock, I found out from the candidate herself that she had an ongoing court case. Again, this was never disclosed by the agency, and I have all the messages from her confirming it. When I declined to proceed with either of the two babysitters due to these serious concerns, Shahid delivered the so-called "feedback" mentioned above — suggesting I change my behavior rather than the agency taking responsibility for its poor service and lack of due diligence. When I raised all of this with Aryan, who initially collected the registration fee and convinced me to sign up, he simply said "okay" and disconnected the call — no apology, no concern, no accountability. This entire experience was not just disappointing — it felt unsafe. The agency does not seem to conduct any proper background or police verification, and their dismissive attitude towards concerns involving child safety is deeply worrying. I strongly advise against using this agency. Trusting them with your home or your children could seriously compromise your family’s safety.

Beware – Possible Fraud Alert The address listed here is completely incorrect. When we tried to reach the location, the person on call misled us and guided us to a totally different and random area in Nipania. What we found was a very poorly maintained office with an extremely unprofessional attendant. Nothing about the place matched what was shown or described online. We strongly suspect this could be part of a fraudulent setup. Please exercise caution before engaging with this. Do your research and avoid wasting your time and trust.
