One of the worst experience… had my booking for today.. highly unprofessional… they didn’t turn up.. not responding on calls.. saying casually… kl kra lijiye and all… now i am in trouble as i have to find staff in last week for cleaning… please don’t book…very unprofessional people… coz of such ppl bihar will never progress

Very bad experience. All were new cleaning staffs. They don't have any experience. All corners were left. They were in hurry. I will never call again. They cleaned bathroom like only throwing water.

We had the most wonderful time and experience with Dust free cleaning. The staffs were polite and very concern about the work. Workers too were highly patient and sincere. We are very soon going to do another booking with them. A lot better than urban clap and also cost effective. Wish them a very good luck in their business.

I booked them pre diwali to reduce my work load. I am a busy professional with less time. They did the work in hurry and very poorly. Left most of the things in kitchen cleaning. They had promised to do chimney cleaning in which they did not touch it. All the oil marks remained on it. On reminding thrice they did not tuen up and when i told them that i have paid full money and still you didnt complete the work, they said you take refund which was partial. Very unprofessional and rude. 0 customer satisfaction.

Nice deep cleaning services of House provided by Dust Free Cleaning. However rates should be visible to publicly and skill improvement required like professional cleaning at Delhi or Bangalore.
