Good service, agency try its best to provide you service. I have registered for baby sitter , not satisfied with initial few ones but agency always changed the worker till you satisfied , agency is doing its job nicely but Worker need to trained for the job . Overall satisfied .

I have contaced Prerna Awareness Trust, for all the domestic helpers at my place. They are all very courteous and respectful. They are punctual and have no issues if you tell them to work a little overtime. I also have 24hrs domestic helper from them, and she is very obedient and is particular about the work she has to do. I am very satisfied with all the helpers I have got from this place.

They send you untrained maids with no experience.The agency lady refuses to take your call.Completely unprofessional attitude.I have paid Rs 6000 as registration fee for house help.These workers come to spend time and beware as these agency maids will brainwash your permanent workers to join the agency. If you want to retain your permanent staff ,donot allow these agency maids to mingle with your permanent or previous staff. One of them tried doing this at my place and I had to chuck her out.

Really impressed with their service... Highly recommended... I booked Househelp service from them and they provided on-time and expert Services. They help with highly professional househelpers. Also, they do prior Background Verification Which is a very important process.. when you are hiring or trusting someone for your household chores.

Just another hoax... Wasted my money in the deposit which they never returned. Had asked for nanny services,they send untrained maids who didn't know how to clean baby clothes or press them. Any work we asked her to do ,the common reply was I don't know how to do. I basically thought everything but yet she didn't want to learn. The replacement which I requested said on the second day clearly said I will not take care of the baby. Used to sit at one place for 3-4 hrs and just leave for the day.

Very very pathetic service. They will not keep their promise neither the terms of the agreement. I paid registration fees and the agency provide me a maid. After 26 days the maid left. They did not provide any replacement till now (around 20 days are over). Further the owner (Bhanu) stops picking my phone calls and switched off his mobile. I guess they will not provide any replacement. The one month salary is actual salary + registration money. Be aware of them. I am thinking to report to consumer forum.

I really loved the service the trust provides. Since the day I took this service I am moreover relaxed from all my house help.! They have the best rates that I have found in bihar, and the service is remarkble! Thank you prerna awareness trust for always keeping with the customers need.! ✨
