We have been transferred from West Bengal to Patna and availed the maid service. Experience is very much poor with low quality maid and they don't understand the customers requirement. Himangsu, manager of this company neither picks up the phone nor he calls us back at his convenience. We didn't get any proper response from them and so we are disgusted with their service. Hence we have discontunued with them and will not refer anybody.
They took 3000 bucks and provided rendom maids who were not professional at all.they didn't even know how to cook and clean. They kept on shifting maids every months.though they provided 2 replacements but maids were not staying for more then a month. When I asked that when will I get a durable staff. Then she said " kya karun, main aa jaaun kaam karne". Its a total fraud.
