Housing buddy provides good service. Special ack to Ashok for continuous support.. Only concern is the delay in finding the faculty. Need to work on it. I waited 3 months each for one of openings to be filled.

Sent me one maid who said she will not join Then the owner closes my account which they had promised was valid for a year Plus the owner starts an argument whenever you try to reason with him Don’t waste your money here

I would like to recommend housing buddy's for domestic services as well as cleaning services. We are using their Nanny service since 2021 and till date they are very cooperative even after the tenure is over.

It’s been 1 month, I got 1 cook for trail in 1 month who said she wants double amount of what is mentioned in their manual, and after the dissatisfactory trail meal the housing buddy team said- you took the trail for 1 month which is over so you have to pay more if you want us to find a cook for you and lied to me only that i said well find a cook ourselves, then why on earth would i waste my money on them. There is no communication on their end, they don't even give the invoice. Its a fraud company, please don't pay them and get waste your money, I learned it the hard way.

I am into final trimester of my pregnancy and being alone I had registered for their service. This is how housing-buddy.in took advantage of my situation. Please do not fall for this scam. They will make you register for 15k to provide domestic help. Once you register they will line up 2-3 ladies who will come and meet you personally and thereafter ask exorbitant charges, which obviously you will refuse. This will go on for a few days. Mostly these ladies will themselves refuse to work. This will continue for a month if not more. Then they will stop picking up your calls. Incase one is able to connect to a number they will say the other numbers are not working at the moment. All this while you are waiting for a domestic help. If you are able to get hold of them they will ask you to send a mail stating your requirement is no more required. When you do this it is Easy 15k in there pocket no refund not even an apology. If you call them they will tell you you refused the help we provided. Sadly I had to leave the city and go to my parents in third trimester because I trusted these people and they took advantage of my pregnancy for 15k. I can’t believe that conscience of the men running this company allows them to stoop to this for a mere 15k.

If you are looking for house help services, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. When I started my search I came across housing buddy, I was reluctant to contact them as I observed bad reviews and rating. I just thought of giving a try as it was not costing me a great amount. This company is very responsive (during business hours) and Voila! within a week's time we finalized our cook. We received couple of profiles which included Aadhaar card and photograph which gave me sense of security. I paid the half amount as advanced and half once we finalized the cook after trail. I have shared additional requirements with them as well. I highly recommend housing buddy to resolve your house help issues.
