The cleaning work itself was good, but the overall experience was ruined by extremely unprofessional behavior from the owner. Despite full payment being made, I was wrongly accused of short payment. I was then called repeatedly (3–4 times) around 10 PM and questioned for not answering, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Even after receiving the full amount, there was no courtesy call, message, or apology to acknowledge the mistake. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, trust, and basic customer etiquette.
