I urgently needed a maid, and this agency completely took advantage of the situation. As soon as the maid arrived, they suddenly demanded ₹3,000–₹5,000 as extra charges, something no genuine agency does. It felt like a scam. I still paid ₹3,000, and Khushi Verma even confirmed receiving it. However, she later told my mother that no payment was made and demanded the full monthly salary for just one day of work, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Their behaviour was rude, manipulative, and very stressful for my family. People deserve honest service—I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. Instead, reach out to International Maid Services or Radha Maid Services, who are far more transparent and reliable.
