These people are very unprofessional and have extremely poor work ethics. We hired their bouncer for 3 days. First day was late in the night for one hour only but they charged us for full day. We did not complain. But both the following days their bouncer came one hour late making our guests wait. It messed up our plans and even made them miss an appointment. When we complained to the owner Mr.Suryanarayan, he started making excuses and even threatened to attack our guests on their way out of the city at the airport. There was no remorse or apology. He even went ahead and said: 'So what if he was late? Why should I say sorry for that? Sometimes people are late.' It was a distasteful experience. I have worked my full career with celebrities and bouncers. This was the worst and most unprofessional behaviour ever. The bouncer Deepak was helpful in nature, but was late everyday and made all kinds of false excuses and lied. How can we trust people who lie and threaten with our security? I have not used other services by these people and don't know if they are good in those aspects. But please be careful with hiring bouncers from Mr.Suryanarayan and his team.
