During our house-warming function, we arranged part-time and full-time maid services for 10 days through Aashirvaad Home Nursing & Complete Home Care Solutions. Both maids were polite, hardworking, and supportive throughout this busy period. They helped us handle daily household work smoothly when the house was full of activities and guests. The full-time maid managed regular day-to-day work well, while the part-time maid supported with cleaning and extra work whenever required. Their ability to adjust to our routine and coordinate well with our family made things easier for us. In general, we are happy with the timely help and satisfied with the service provided during our house-warming.

"I had an excellent experience with Ashirwad Home Care Service. I was in urgent need of a bystander for a patient at Medical College Hospital for the very next morning. I contacted them after 6:00 PM, which is past standard office hours for most agencies. Other agencies asked me to wait until office hours the next day. But the staff at Ashirwad worked after-hours to arrange a bystander for me within two hours. Even though the staff had already reached their homes, they worked sincerely and coordinated everything over the phone. By 8:00 PM, they had already confirmed a person for me and gave me full assurance that help would arrive early in the next morning. Please don't give any advance to the agency before hand. They are not trust worthy. I asked them for a full time maid and they asked 2000 registration fee. Since my requirement was hindi speaking/understanding maid, they needed more time to search and they said they will send part time maid temporarily for 700 per day. So i gave them 2800 advance (4 days advance). So total I paid 4800 to the agency I was in urgent need of maid for my baby as I was a working woman but they sent the maid only after 1 week of continuous calling and requesting. Finally a maid came but only for 1 day. Again they were not responding to my calls and not arranging another maid even. Very irresponsible staff. When I asked to give back my refund, they gave only 3100. Which means they literally charged 1700 only for a single day part time maid. When I asked them to charge only 700 and give my 1000 back they never called back. Such pathetic service and staff. Not at all loyal to their customers. They will be proactive only till they receive the money. Then you have to keep on calling and requesting them. If you want peace of mind then please don't contact this agency and don't even think of giving any advance or registration fee.

The caregiver showed genuine care, patience, and responsibility while handling his needs. Mutual understanding between the client and the worker played an important role in providing quality care. UNRELIABLE. Lack of compassion. Absolute disregard for their clients. Registered for a home care person to look after my mom. She has Parkinson’s. I had informed about everything in advance. The helper only had to look after my mom. No cooking, cleaning or anything more. In 4 days we got 3 helpers coming. They leave without any warning and the agency also doesn’t send a substitute on time. I have dealt with around 5 agencies in the last 8 years. They are the most unreliable of all. Only positive - after 4 days of service they came back saying they don’t have helpers who can take care. So paid back the remaining amount after deductions without many follow-ups.
