Maruti Home Cleaning

I will never recommend their service to anyone. Such a terrible experience! I had booked their service well in advance for Diwali all the way back in August. They confirmed that they would come on 7th October, but when I called them on 6th October to reconfirm that when they will come, they casually told me that the slot had been given to someone else. They then rescheduled my appointment to 19th October, but since morning today, they haven’t answered a single call. The least they could do is have the decency to inform the customer if they can’t come, instead of ignoring calls. Every time they confirm a slot, no one actually shows up. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

These people are really unprofessional don't count on them. I booked their service 3 days ago for today, they replied with affermation for morning. Since morning i called them over 10 times and infact messaged them in Whatsapp, yet there was no reply. They are quite pathetic, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone; you will be better off with some other cleaning service.
