They will tell you some date when your clothes will be ready but when you reach there they will give stupid excuses for clothes not being ready and if you try to make some sense of the situation and ask them why didn't they inform you about the delay so you would have avoided unnecessary travel and time wastage. You will get an arrogant reply that they only call when cloth is ready, they are not responsible for informing about delays. So clearly, customer service is the last of their worries and if you really want pathetic delayed service with the shopkeeper not treating you right, go for them otherwise avoid and thank me later.
