I recently used Samadhan Service in Deoghar for home appliance repair, and my experience was quite disappointing. The service quality was far below my expectations. The technicians did not seem well-trained, and the repair felt rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the charges were much higher than what I expected for the kind of service provided. I did not feel that the pricing matched the work done, and there was very little transparency in the cost breakdown. Overall, I am not satisfied and would not recommend this service based on my experience. I hope they improve their professionalism, pricing, and customer support in the future.

I booked Samadhan Service for both my geyser and washing machine issues, and I am genuinely impressed with the experience. The technician arrived on time, properly inspected both appliances, and clearly explained the problems before starting any work. The geyser had a thermostat issue and the washing machine had a sensor fault, and both were fixed in a single visit.

Samadhan Service Deoghar has been a very bad experience for me. Their charges are unreasonably high compared to the service they provide. On top of that, the staff’s behavior is unprofessional and unhelpful. The app also doesn’t work properly—OTP keeps failing every time I try to log in. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
