I recently had Super max pest control done by Mr. Raju kumar ji and I am very impressed with his service. He has a very excellent attitude, is polite, and explained everything clearly. His work was highly professional and thorough, and he made sure all areas were properly treated. I am very very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend his service to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control service in Mumbai. Even after the treatment, cockroaches were still visible, which makes me doubt the quality of materials and methods they use. Their customer service is also poor — when I raised the issue, they refused to provide a follow-up visit. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

The company didn't share the hidden cost with us. Repeatedly told us that it's 1800 for 2bhk bed bugs service (2 times service). I confirmed it repeatedly. The technician came to our house and incurred an extra service of 2200. This cost wasn't informed from beforehand. On calling the company, they asked me to connect with the technician itself and negotiate with him. Again why? We are their client. Business is taking place between the company and us. Why should I get involved with the technician? Anyway, please be aware and confirm the cost before booking them.

Don't give them contract for 1 year rather select per service as once you give them contract they don't provide proper service. Too many follow ups needed. I am customer since 2017 but service over last year has been degraded and pathetic. Don't waste your money. All members in our society has stopped using their services and switched to other vendor.
