Positives: 1. Staff is cooperative 2. Does comeback for additional visit if things do not resolve in 1 treatment and provides with an additional supply of chemical just in case if anything goes wrong. Negatives: 1. They gave me guarantee for 3 years but I had to ask them to comeback because they left some spots untouched. 1 full drawer and door got wasted because of this. And I had to pay additional Rs 1450 total for the two times they had to come back because the pest problem didn’t solve. So overall, I had to pay for the initial service (Rs 3500) plus additional Rs 1450 and I lost 1 full kitchen drawer and a door frame because of negligence. 2. Even after informing the owner that we have 3 years warranty, they make up some excuse to get the additional charges. This is totally unacceptable and in bad faith. 3. First treatment done on 29/05/2024, after which I had to call them on 29/08/2024 and then today i.e. 14/10/2024. Overall my experience with them was not upto the mark and was in bad faith by the owner. I have receipts and payment ss to prove my claims.
