Had a bed bugs treatment with these people and they guaranteed that no bed bugs till 6 month or else I will do your treatment for free if any comes up. So they absolutely failed on the treatment and we have suffered during the treatment and suffering after the treatment. I don’t know what sort of chemicals they used. The result is NIL and the treatment is absolutely failed. We are at the same position. 0 stars.

Worst services ever... once you give contract then u always have to follow up for the repetitive problems of insects and no one responds to your query. Moreover you never gets call back. The services were ok for the very first year of contract but after renewal its pathetic.Whenever you try to call it gets divert or gets disconnect. Product is undoubtedly nice but you get pathetic response as if they don't bother about customer satisfaction. in services. Moreover no one picks the call between 12 to 4. If u r working and request to visit in evening or Saturday, u gets reply that we work till 12 pm only if there is any negative marking, i would have chosen that instead of star rating..... also deleting comments

Very unprofessional. Found tobacco spitting stains multiple times after their visits. Terminated the contract.
