I'm very impressed with the service. Chandan Mishra agreed to a 7:30 pm time slot, and his professional team arrived on time to perform the termite treatment, which took just over two hours. The work was done very professionally and cleanly for a nominal fee. A three-year warranty was provided, and Chandan Mishra even came to inspect the work around 9 pm. Overall, I'm very happy with the work. Highly recommended for termite and pest control in Kolkata.

On 28th Nov25, I had requested BD Pest for a quick service for a honey bee nest removal, as I entered my flat at Garia after a gap of 6 months and found a honey bee nest in bedroom's ( 1st floor) ventilator. Looting people , not fixing issue , took 1300 for treatment and only 5 days after when i called she said , it was only for that time , not customer centric at all . After 5 days again we have too many lizards , ants .
