Reply to Pankaj Marihal's review response by the owner of SPC : Let me continue this review banter as shared by my roommate Pankaj Marihal.... In Pankaj Marihal's review, he (SPC owner) said that, as we are bachelors our room is full of mess. To be honest our room so much clean that no one can believe that it is bachelors room. We have a maid, who come daily for the purpose of cleanliness. I also agree that eventhough after pest control service bedbugs problem may occur as we are bachelors any one can come and bring bedbugs (same applies in case of family too.... Here to note that we have a maid who come daily for cleanliness purpose) But there are some limits for the bedbugs re-occurance, that limit crossed after the bed buds treatment from Sai Pest Control Service. Before treatment we have very less bedbugs...when we got to know that we have bedbugs, we immediately searched for the pest control service. Sad part is that after the service within One and Half month bedbugs become too much that, "this will led us to doubt in the service of Sai Pest Control." Points to be taken into account before going for this so called professional service provider : 1. No chances of quality of service 2. Very unprofessional and casual behaviour as face while conducting pest control 3. After sale service that are no chances to address your query (as we faced, he didn't even responded to our phone calls. if he is so professional atleast he would have responded to our calls) 4. As we faced after pest control bed bugs are become too much than before pest control ( It is totally raise question on quality of service) 5. Blindly don't go on review.. Because there are hardly 49 reviews of which most of them are biased. 6. There are many service provider in the market, who providing warranty/guarantee service after sales service. - Because we personally went for a service provider in a market who provided guarantee service for 6 months, means we occur bedbuds problem within 6 months of service he is providing free services within 6 months for "n" number times that too in 1,500/- - Even though we are living in Guruwar peth ( As told by SPC service provider that they provide guarantee service based on area. It means guruwar peth is excluded from that) new service provider is providing guarantee service. Literally I'm done right now. If it saves any one from burning there money on this so called professional service provider I'm happy that this toooo lengthy review is fruitful. Please refer photo: Invoice that you actually provided service and we are actually suffered from your service Please Note : There are no personal grudges...what we faced we are sharing that may help many bachelors like us from burning money from this so called professional service.
