Very bad service.Not responding to phone calls, after paying 3500rs for one year AMC for bed bugs, not provided service for more than one month. Gives only verbal guarantee, not provided services after first pest control treatment. Do not recommend them to anyone. Do not prefer their service. Very very bad behaviour.

Fraud and Bad Service..!!! Behaviour very Bad, they said 600 rupees and then on side asked us 1000 rupees more, he didn't had "Gel". And said that he will visit after 12 days for Gel. Firstly he said Smoke +Gel for 600, then he said for better quality pay me more. After that he is not picking phone calls and not replying to messages

Devi Pest Control is the absolute worst. They make big promises of ‘better service’ but deliver nothing. Their staff shows poor behaviour, they give false assurances, and once the service is done, they won’t even bother to pick up your calls. Total scam — having cockroaches at home is still better than booking them. Don’t ever trust or hire them for pest control services

Very worst service ever, they will guarantee everything and even ask for extra money saying this is Korea product and all and nothing works and even for follow up they won't pick your call and they even block your phone number such a bizzare service I highly suggest not to got with this company.

Not even worth for one star. But to post the review, need to give the star. Very very unprofessional way of handling customer. Second service ke lie pura ek mahina follow up liya. The owner is not picking up the calls. Even if he picks up. He will disconnect the call between the conversation everytime.somehow if you manage to get the second service by trying very hard.. they will ask you for extra petrol charges for second service. Don't go for Devi Paste Control guys. Very very irritating people you will have to deal with.

They are such a frauds as they promised for pest control @500rs and increased by 2k when they come home and promised that you will be totally free from cockroaches till 1 yr but The great cheaters ...after 2 days cockroaches increased day by day and after 22 days they have to come again for second treatment but they not even picked the phones...pls pls save your money and stay away from these cheaters which are increasing day by day in Google...ITS YOUR MONEY YOUR WISH

please donot waste money by calling this nonsense company only intrested in extracting money not even single cockroach died and then don't even give any repond or behave responsable after taking money third class utter rubish
