The technician was punctual, professional, and thorough in addressing our pest issues. The treatment has proven effective, and we've noticed a significant improvement. We had called them 3 times for pest control of our home. First time they sprayed all over the house and the service was really good and effective which reduced a lot of bugs at home. The second time the team was only 2 members and the spraying was little lesser compared to the first time and the bugs were not reduced much but the third time the same amount charged and they hardly did anything. The bugs increased instead of decreasing. They tend to care less if you call them regularly. I'm giving this rating mainly due to their unprofessionalism. As they charged Rs.1500 everytime and their service reduced everytime.

sir, thanks a lot for a very professional service. Never seen any owner himself doing drilling and spraying chemical. energy and enthusiasm in your work is highly noteworthy. Service provided by you and your team was top class, perfect and very efficient. Highly recommended undoubtedly.

Service was excellent in the past but now it's pathetic. After service, he will not even take calls, no courtesy to even call back. I had recommended him a lot in the past but I see similar feedbacks for his pathetic services off late. Unfortunately there is no attempt to improvise despite such poor feedback.

I knew Shettru since donkey's years since we used to regularly book bus and train tickets through him. However, it's only recently I realised that he's into pest control services also. The 3 member team including Shettru came and did a detailed pest service for my main complaints of ant and roach infestation. Very clean job and very nominally priced too. I shall continue calling upon Total Pest Control very once in 6 months.

Just had their service yesterday for termites at my house, I must say owner shetty sir is immensely experienced in this field and have vast knowledge about this area. Number 1 in Mangalore for sure
