They did ants treatment, and even after 3 days, the same number of ants are to be seen walking around hale and hearty, besides a few dead ants. The person who comes to do the job came with 3 empty plastic pesticide bottles, one with very little leftover pesticide. He said it was 100ml, though it looked far less like he collected the last dregs from other bottles by squeezing them. This was diluted with tap water to stretch it to cover the entire flat. Sprayed a fine mist around the periphery of the floor. Insisted that was more than enough. Though this was a repeat order ( last done about 8 months ago) they billed as new case. I've been regularly using the services as they were quite effective before. Probably COVID-19, inflation, highly deprecated rupee, difficulty to import from China, change of ownership etc could be causes of crash in level of services??? Absolutely not recommended. Cost Rs. 2000/- Utter waste of money. Tried contacting them, but mobile comes switched off. Also landlines unattended unlike while booking. Probably don't want to waste time with unhappy customers. Will try to contact them, and if I get any positive outcome will retract this review.

Professional company for pest control of indoor and outdoor pest problems. Staff are very polite and thorough with their job.

Poor customer service by the Goa PCI team. Very disappointed.
