One star because of poor and unfriendly attitude towards customers. I went for a Legrand 20 amp power switch box which the owner initially refused to acknowledge and offered me only the cover plate. After talking to my electrician the owner got what I wanted and finally asked his worker to search for it. Then he kept me waiting for payment and was more busy in scolding his on site worker on phone. Customer may be of business worth ₹50 or 50000,he/she deserves equal importance/respect and attention from a seller. Why can't these people from business understand that some basic courtesy has to be extended to any visiting customer.May not buy anything from him in near future.
