Worst electric shop. After buying electric element of electric geyser on 23-Dec-2025, with 1 year warranty, but it stopped working on 28-Dec-2025. We took it to the shop on 29-Dec-2025 and owner refuse to exchange or return the element. They sell fake products with false commitment. It cost me INR 1500 for replacing and installing new element in geyser. They dont even deserve 1 star. If there was a -ve star option available I would have given it to this shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS
Best shop for purchasing lamps. Really enjoyed their variety of products. Staff is really cooperative. Good prices. Quality of their products is also very amazing. Overall best experience. Must visit.

Worst company. Owner does not know about product, No delivery commitment, No installation commitment. Only concern about money Since owner at like this that’s why staff is more in responsible. There rates are also higher by30% compare to other. My suggestions is dont waste your time and money.
I visited regularly at New Raj Electricals. Their staff is very cooperative. They are dealing all best brands I.e. Philips lighting, Philips Home Appliances, Atomberg, Vihan, Crompton etc. and have genuine rates .
