If you expect good service after buying a product, please avoid this store until they seriously improve. We purchased a washing machine and refrigerator, and while the sales team was polite before payment, their service whoosh out afterwards. They never answer calls, never respond, and every visit to the store ends with empty promises. Even after complaining directly to the Store MANAGER, nothing changed. If they cannot pick up calls or help with basic customer issues, why even provide contact numbers or have a CRM team? We even paid extra for extended warranty assuming they would support us, but they don’t bother to answer the phone. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with this Reliance Digital branch. Customers spend their hard-earned money and deserve proper service; not neglect and regret. Please take immediate action and improve your after-sales service.

They don't even deserve a single star. The employees don't know how to talk to their customers. They talked to us very rudely and were not helping us properly with our problem.

Staffs are not interested in dealing with customers. New gadgets are not available. Overpriced.
