Good service and rate was fine. I contacted urban company and 2 other technicians but they quoted a random high amount without even checking my ac properly. ARS technicians were professional and polite. They properly checked my indoor and outdoor unit and did the job well.

Yesterday I had a fridge repair service done. My fridge was not cooling, so the technician came to check it. But he seemed very confused and did not know what the actual problem was. Finally, he said that ice had blocked the fan and he just cleaned it. It was a very small issue, but he charged me ₹800. He did not wait to check whether the cooling came back. He just asked for the payment and left. After he left, I called the office and explained everything to a man who answered. He told me that if the fridge still doesn’t work, they will send another technician and I won’t need to pay again. But even now the fridge is not working and I tried calling the office multiple times, there is no response at all. This is very disappointing and unprofessional service.

Fast and great service. Ac coil and filter needed cleaning. After service now it works like new.
