Cool Corner

Very bad service experience..i was calling them for service of mitsubishi electric, i was having their amc package and they have provided service for 2 years now..from February 2024 the ac is not working and i have complained 5 times since then..and today when i had a word with there owner he said "if the customer is not satisfied with the service what can we do". For everyone reading this review I would suggest to not rely on them for service of your product..better stay away from them.

Since the past 1 year the management of Hotel HR Greens, Indore is very dissatisfied from the services we are are getting from Mr Sandeep Bilsare managing Hitachi’s dealership under the name Cool Corner in Indore. We have installed approximately 100 Air Conditioners of your company and after regular servicing we were informed that compressor of few ac’s were not working. Even after repetitive demand to change the compressor we are not provided with any solution or satisfactory reply to the problem. We are running a property of 72 rooms and due to the failure of the compressors and zero cooperation from the dealer in hot summers we are facing alot of losses and complaints from our guest. The main motive of every service providing company should be customer satisfaction and it should be the primary objective. We hope action would be taken in response of this mail and URGENT ACTION would be taken. It feels like choosing hitachi- cool corner, indore is out biggest mistake. We request you to help us to solve this issue as soon as possible and to make the dealer liable for the losses we have faced since the first complaint till the solution of the problem.

Would recommend everyone to purchase and also gives timely services after requesting. Polite and experienced staff and the rates are best in town
