Hey All, I had a terrible experience with this guys for an AC repair on September month. While performing the repair, their technician severely damaged my window frame and now that is dismental from wall. The damage is not merely cosmetic—it is a major safety hazard. The frame is now compromised, posing a serious danger of collapse and potential injury. When I raised this critical safety issue, the company showed a complete lack of professionalism, failing to take responsibility or provide a competent repair solution for the damage they caused. This is careless, reckless service. Do not hire this company if you value your property and safety. And on my second AC, they carelessly cut the main wiring during the removal process and applied tape. Literal Poor Workmanship. When I contacted the company about the issue, they demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge or willingness to repair the damage they caused. This is unacceptable, careless service that resulted in property damage and a huge inconvenience. I strongly advise others to choose a more professional and careful AC service provider. Very bad servicing. Changed me 6000 for ac installation but see the work. They have not even covered the outside pipes by tape. Please see attached photo. Will not recommend for ac installation and servicing.

Charges 250 Rs for home visit to check the issue. My microwave is working only has issue with Touch button gave an estimate of 3000 for a microwave which was purchased at 9000 5 years back that cleary shows they are looting people and anyways they earn by visiting charge
