मैंने इस फर्म से 24.03.21 को 1.5 टन का ब्ल्यू स्टार AC क्रय किया, उक्त AC ने आज तक कभी पर्याप्त कूलिंग नहीं करी, इस बाबत मेरे द्वारा 3- 4 बार अंकुर सेल्स की शॉप पर जाकर complain भी करी परन्तु उन्होंने मेरी समस्या का कभी समाधान नहीं किया बल्कि सेठ जी लड़ने को तैयार हो गए, सेठ जी complain resolve करने के बजाय लड़ने को तैयार बैठे रहते हे मैने उनको बताया कि मेरे घर पर पूर्व में samsung का भी AC लगा हुआ हे जो अच्छी कूलिंग करता हे यह कहते ही वो जोर जोर से लड़ने लग गए, अतः मेरे अनुभव के आधार पर मै आमजन को यह संदेश देना चाहता हु कि कोई भी ब्ल्यू स्टार AC नहीं खरीदे अन्यथा पैसा पानी में फेकने जैसी स्थिति रहेगी, custumer care की सर्विस इतनी घटिया हे कि शब्दों में बयान नहीं की जा सकती।
