Hitachi service centre

These guys are very much professional, hygienic and safe with regard to AC service. Even the SC guys, when visited the Service Center were very professional and listening to what concerns we have and provide expert advice. Thanks for fixing AC perfectly and one more good thing is, they will ensure that customer is satisfied before they step our of home. You deserve 5 star rating. Keep it up.

They never respond to calls and they never do service on time. We need to call 100s of times, but still they won't respond, very pathetic service, not professional at all, dont know how Hitachi is maintaining such unprofessional people and hurting its customers badly,

They are charging 1500 but not doing properly. They did the service and by evening AC stopped working and they are not picking the call. I don’t suggest these for AC servicing..still I am trying to reach them over phone

All the technicians in hitachi Ac,service, nellore they don't know minimum knowledge and how to behav to customers also I didn't saw this type of persons most worst

7 times technician ki calls ,for manager ki 12 times,allocated person ki 7 times called there They came to see the AC and they went and came after two days waste service in nellore

VERY VERY WASTE SERVICE THIS GUYS ARE PROVIDING, AND UN SKILLED PERSONS ARE DOING AC INSTALLATION. I'M GIVING SINGLE ⭐ BECAUSE THIS GUYS ARE NOT DONE PROPER INSTALLATION FOR MY AC, IT'S EVERY TIME I'M FACING PROBLEM.

Ok , they sell Hitachi brand air-conditioners, Apart, they sell Micromax air-conditioners Installation and delivery every thing is done in time, when you come to service we need to keep in touch with them for getting service.
