Qu-tech Refrigeration | AC on Rent Repairing and service

I rented from them on my Flatmates recommendation when i first moved to Noida in 2024. As i never rented an AC in the past i was very specular about renting one but i gave them a try and the installation service was smooth. There was some problem with my outdoor unit, they replaced it on time as promised. Their AC’s are good. I live on 20th floor so you can imagine the heat but their AC’s perform very well. I never had any issues with it. Their service was so good that i decided to renew it for another season. The best part is Free Gas Refiling and Free Servicing as you are renting it from them. No headache at all. Great after sales support and great people. I have recommended a couple of my friends who got their service, i would highly recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely pathetic service. I took their service almost a month ago, and the AC hasn’t worked properly even once. They've come to "repair" it 4 times in a month and still failed to fix the issue. Every time you call, they give excuses and show up after 2 days — if at all. Their attitude is just as terrible as their service. On top of that, they dumped an ancient, useless AC on us. Don’t fall for their scam — their service is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.

During installation review: Fast Installation and Viable Pricing After 2 weeks: 1.The ACs have zero genuine parts, so withdraws almost double power. 2. Worst and pathetic service once AC installed. They'll make excuses for the service. 3. Will make you feel guilty that you disturbed them for service.

They will install a scrap AC, get their payments and then you call them daily to get it repair. The best is they will make you calling them daily and no positive response. 1 ghante me aa rha h, pass me hi h technician and then don't pick the call. Would go for -- rating if there would be an option.
