The overall behavior of technician Amit was very good. He demonstrated excellent technical knowledge and skills during the service. The water purifier installation was carried out efficiently, with proper care and attention to detail. He also maintained a polite and professional attitude throughout the process.
Fraud said tds in 320 and insisted to buy a new RO when a other technician from nearby check all wads good all filters were ok and the tds was 52 which was safe fir drinking Very bad Amit you broke the trust of 10 -15 years of service …..
Amit ro quicke service west work
Very poor service. I got my new RO installed from the company a year back. They didn't even clean the water tank which was full of debris( that's why my water tasted weird all the time since last year) also they took out UV lamp from the machiene. I got to know all this when I got service done of my RO from a local trusted technician. He showed me the condition of water tank and missing UV lamp from the chamber, which means my RO was not purifying through UV light. I am shocked. Trust broken. They will also force you to give 5 star when they visit. BEWARE.
