I recently had an excellent experience with Patel Refrigeration for both AC and washing machine repairs. Our AC decided to stop working right in the middle of a heatwave, and I was in a panic. I called them up, and they were really quick to schedule a technician to come out the same day. The repairman was super friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with the AC. He had it up and running in no time, which was such a relief! While he was there, I also mentioned that my washing machine was making a weird noise. He was happy to take a look at it too. He figured out that it just needed a small part replaced, and he had it fixed before he left. Overall, I was really impressed with the service.
