Comfort service

Purchased an AC based on Tousin’s recommendation with a clear promise of next-morning installation. He never inspected the site or even asked for photos - basic due diligence for any installation. After the sale, he refused to take responsibility and is now asking me to arrange and pay for a ladder and transportation because the unit needs to go to the first floor. This should have been anticipated and communicated in advance, not dumped on the customer post-purchase. Worse still, the technicians were instructed to "just install it wherever and leave." They showed no professionalism—making sarcastic comments and walking off without warning or completing the job. I’m now stuck with a brand new AC and zero support from the company. The service has been negligent, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing this company or dealing with their careless, arrogant staff for any service.

Requested their service for washing machine repair - no response. Later they gave a business card saying calling the respective number. After calling the "respective numbers" provided - no response from their end. Worst place to give your appliances for servicing. This is the second time I’m dealing with their services and both the time it was horrible. They clearly don’t have any clue in what they are doing specially with the foreign appliances.

Extremely unprofessional services, I contacted them for a washing machine repair and they assured me that they will arrive on-site to check but stopped receiving any calls. Overall wasted a day and my time with them.
