Dont ever get in trap of this service center . My hisense TV (50inch) repair complaint was assigned to this service center by hisense customer care . For a 34,000.00 rupee TV invoice value , this service center has given me a repair estimate of 53,000.00 rupee. Thats how they work and provide pathetic repair services . Finally i get my tv repaired from some local technician in just 4000 rupee , TV is working fine now .
I’m very disappointed with their service. They don’t respond to calls or messages, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. They completely ignored my concerns and showed no interest in helping. Would not recommend.
